Cheikh Oumar Diagne defended his thesis

Cheikh Oumar Diagne, Director of State General Resources, recently defended a thesis entitled "Perspectives of sovereign currencies in the face of geopolitical integration dynamics and private monetary systems: the case of West Africa's Franc zone".. This ambitious project, part of the debate on theindependence is intended as a contribution to the debate on the creation of a currency specific to West African countries.
